Description: The (James) Francis house on Francis Avenue where Lucy Sampson lived. There was a parlor on one side of the hall as you entered and a library on the other side. Behind the library was a long dining room with windows almost to the floor. In the parlor was an organ - rather large and there were bookshelves filled with beautiful bound books in several rooms. - from letters of Dorothy Francis Kelley
