Dear Sir,

The following boys wish to be transferred to the Carlisle Indian Industrial School from the “Educational Home”Philadelphia (Boys Department Lincoln Institution). These are the signatures of the boys themselves. I have sent a similar letter to Col. R. H. Pratt with the same names, signed by the boys themselves as they have done in this one.
