Another New Railroad

The Philadelphia and Willistown Railroad Company has been granted a charter at Harrisburg. The capital is $40,000. and the line will be four miles long, from a point in Philadelphia to a point in Delaware County, near the Spread Eagle Hotel, in Haverford township. The Directorors are J. G. Allen, J. C. Sharples, John C. Allen jr., and John C. Keys, Philadelphia. From its title it is evident that the road is to extend to points in Chester county, but as a suburban road this should develop some business.
