03.07.1848 Village Record
WILL be LET on advantageous terms a large commodious and modern built HOUSE, situated on the Philadelphia and Lancaster turnpike, and Columbia Rail Road, 18 miles from Philadelphia. It is well calculated for a country seat or boarding-house, being situated in a most healty [sic] neighborhood and furnished with every convenience, such as ice house, (filled with superior ice,) carriage house and stabling. There is also connected with it about 13 acres of Land, in a high state of cultivation. Apply to the subscriber, living thereon RANDALL EVANS. Feb. 8, 1848. - tf
