Assignee Sale of REAL ESTATE.

WILL be sold at public auction on
Thursday, the 30th inst. at 12 o'clk,
(noon) at the public house of Joshua Evans,
Esq. sign of the Paoli; the FARM formerly
owned and occupied by Nathan Y. Hunt,
about 1 1/2 miles from said public house;
c containing 130 ACRES of good land,
including about 30 acres of woodland. The
improvements are a good stone HOUSE, barn
and other necessary buildings. Terms
liberal, and possession given immediately.
