Sheriff's Sale

11.03.1830 Village Record
BY virtue of a Testatum writ of fleri
facias
to me directed, will be sold at
public sale, on Thursday, the 11th day of
November next, at one o'clock,P.M. at
the public house of Jesse Moore,in the
township of Tredyffrin, in the county of
Chester, a certain tract or parcel of
woodland, situate in the township and county
aforesaid, bounded by lands of Joshua
Jones, Esq. John Reese, Samuel Sterns and
others - containing seventeen acres, morr
or less, with the appertenances. [appurtenances]. The
above lot is nearly all covered with thriving
oak, chesnut, &c.
Seized and taken in ezecution [execution] as the
property of Joseph Walker, deceased,and
to be sold by
OLIVER ALISON, Sheriff.

October 15, 1830.
