TO BE SOLD
AT PUBLIC SALE

On Saturday the 26th day of
December, a tract of first quality
limestone land, containing 104 1/2 ; acres
situate in Tredyffrin township, Chester
county, Penn. bounded by lands of James Sloan, Jacob Longane, John
Miller and others ; two miles north of
the Philadelphia and Lancaster
turnpike road - twenty seven miles from
Philadelphia. This farm is divided into
convenient fields, under good fence,
convenient to meetings, mills, schools
etc. with a sufficiency of wood, watered
meadows, and orcharding. The
buildings are three stone dwelling
houses, two story stone barn, waggon
house, hog house, cider house, and other
out buildings, etc. for terms apply
to the subscriber on the Philadelphia
and Lancaster turnpike near the
Warren tavern.
