A VALUABLE FARM FOR SALE ON Thursday, the 16th of January next, at one o'clock, P.M. a valuableLot of Land,situate in the township of Tredyffrin, Chester county, containing 14 acres and 80 perches, be the same more or less, adjoining lands of John Elliot, Robert Kennedy and others, and on the forks of the Philadelphia and Lancaster turnpike road, and Valley-forge [Valley Forge], and Radnor cross roads. The contemplated Rail-road from Philadelphia to Columbia, is laid through the Lot, increasing its value. The improvements consist of a good stone dwelling house two stories high, with a large kitchen adjoin ing - a two story store house annexed to said dwelling, a frame barn and slaughter house in good repair. A good well of water and pump. The land is divided into 4fields and under good fence. A further description of the above property is deemed unnecessary, as any person wishing to purchase, will view the premises. The terms will be made known on the day of sale, by Richard Megowen. ALSOWILL be sold, on Monday, the 2d day of February, 1829, at the Paoli, the following Tracts of Land, viz : No 1, a tract of land situate in Easttown and Tredyffrin townships, Chester county, bounded by lands of Randal Evans, Benjamin Ramsay, and the Philadelphia and Lancaster Turnpike, containing 22 acres more or less. No. 2, a Tract of Land, situate in Tredyffrin township, Chester county, bounded by lands of Thomas ? Corson, Joseph Hampton and others, containing 15 acres, more or less - handsomely timbered. No. 3, a Tract of Land, situate in Tredyffrin township, Chester co. bounded by lands of William Hall, William Thomas, Adam Rinewalt and others, containing 18 acres, more or less. Any one wishing to view the above named lots, will please to call on the subscriber. Sale to commence at one o'clock, in the afternoon of said days, when due attendance will be given, and terms of sale made known, by John G. Bull Dec. 31, 1828. The Editors of the American Republican, and the Independent Journal, will give the above advertisement three insertions each, and forward their accounts to the subscriber.
